Installation of the new roof was completed and the layout and rough-in of the individual apartments started to take shape in July. The CMU shaft for Stairway #1 (second stairway) was completed which allowed for the final section of the new roof to be installed and tied in. A second section of the new foundation slab for the elevators was poured along with a new slab for the boiler room. A number of new window openings were cut into the Beacon St. elevation while plumbing and electrical rough-in commenced on a number of floors. Finally, framing for apartment demising walls, beams and ceilings on a number of floors commenced.
