Overview
EDFC projects help to rebuild Massachusetts for the future.
We work in cities and urban areas that have lost population and businesses. Our projects are designed to bring excitement, activity and people back to those areas. We work with city managers and mayors to help fill the most pressing needs their communities face. Our goal is to create walkable urban villages where members of the workforce can live, work, shop and enjoy all the amenities Massachusetts cities can offer.
