This 44 unit development is a substantial rehabilitation of an historic mill structure in Taunton, MA. Units will consist of thirty-six (36) residential housing units and eight (8) townhouses. The building will provide reasonably priced units, for workforce individuals to purchase, 20% of which are affordable housing units. F B Rogers is located on a transit oriented site. This development adds to the city of Taunton's overall housing stock.
